Somewhere in the not-too-distant future a group of degenerates has been drafted to protect the homeland. Two renegades (Shelli Merrill, Beth Nelsen) are found camping in the woods by a couple of soldiers (Brent Roam, Jason Perry) and brought back for detainment. One honest soldier (Eddie Steeples) attempts to control the mayhem that ensues.
