“Next is The Manufacturing of Fast Food Nation... Almost an hour in length, it delves into all the expected topics, while leaving plenty of room for gobs of fly-on-the-wall on-set footage... within that, we get some insight as to how Linklater and crew shot in a real meat plant and how they were afraid of getting kicked out... There are precious shots of Linklater giving performance notes to the actors, something we usually don’t see in these types of DVD supplements. Video is digital-perfect.”
